CONNER, Travis John, 30, of Richmond, passed away Friday, January 11, 2008. He is survived by his parents Walter R. and Cynthia S. Conner; two brothers, Jarod M. and Luke W. Conner; a sister, Betsy A. Conner; and his maternal grandmother, Charlotte M. Snyder. He is also survived a close friend and companion, Tasha Cortimilla; and close friends, Tim Barry and Brent Laverde. Travis lived a life of adventure, and loved to travel, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from James Madison University. In his lifetime he touched many people's lives throughout the world. The family will receive friends on Monday, January 14, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. in the Nelsen Funeral Homes' Reid Chapel, 412 S. Washington Hwy., Ashland. A Funeral Mass will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Ann's Catholic Church, 105 S. Snead Street, Ashland. Interment Private. travis was awesome. if you've had a chance to check the engine down dvd, there's some kind of funny stuff with him and jason on it. so sad that such a good person is gone but his spirit lives on.
